Organize your time well and little by little you will feel a greater sense of belonging to the organization. The other two are psychological and political, where they will look after your personal interests or professional plans that you have individually. You must set goals and work to achieve them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In politics, motivation and leadership are the main virtues or axes that govern this point. Knowing how to motivate and share these ideas with the rest of the team, being an example for others, and achieving objectives are the results of good political empowerment.
