A large amount of this work within medium and large companies was in charge of the HR area, providing the tools and training staff to perform their work through digital platforms brought the first changes of the new normality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Not to lose the organizational culture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite being remotely located, maintaining the corporate culture is a task that must remain in order not to lose the essence of the organization. An example of this type of good practice was the end-of-year virtual parties.
