According to a study by OCCMundial, related to labor discrimination, the main reasons for professional exclusion are different abilities, gender, physical appearance, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic level.

Being a company that breaks and leaves the paradigms has as a benefit a better internal and external reputation. It generates greater interest in the younger generations to join as potential collaborators and promotes a much more pleasant work environment for everyone.
