Human Resources leadership adapted to the new normal

Each organization has developed different strategies to adapt to the new normality; the work teams in the Human Resources area have generated other leadership techniques to obtain the best results; know some of their methods:

Continuous adaptation

The Human Resources area has undoubtedly been a critical element during all the change processes that have taken place since March of 2020; they’ve acted as leaders guiding the rest of the areas to carry out all their functions in the best possible way.

New forms of work

Transforming the working population to a remote format was not an easy task. A large amount of this work within medium and large companies was in charge of the HR area, providing the tools and training staff to perform their work through digital platforms brought the first changes of the new normality.

Not to lose the organizational culture

Despite being remotely located, maintaining the corporate culture is a task that must remain in order not to lose the essence of the organization. An example of this type of good practice was the end-of-year virtual parties. Employees from different parts of the country took part to celebrate another year of goals and achievements.

Training

A large part of the working population has computer and software domains; there is a percentage that due to factors such as age or their functions, they had to have specialized training to perform their tasks partially or totally from home.
